Morgane Roth

Morgane Roth is the head of Qantara's Dakar office. She brings her experience in managing transformation projects. Since 2014, Morgane has been working with the public sector and companies in West Africa. She advises institutions and large private groups in defining their operational model (organisation, processes, governance, budget monitoring, etc.) based on business needs and customer experience.

Prior to working in Africa, she contributed to the management and roll out of systemic reform projects in Ministries of the French Republic, European Union agencies and multi-lateral organizations which made her familiar with “Govtech” solutions. Morgane worked at PwC and CGI. She graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg and ESSEC Business School.
