Alexis Kignelman

Alexis Kignelman is a financial services specialist who has close to a decade of experience within front, middle and back offices functions at major banks and insurance companies in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Qantara Digital, Alexis worked as Associate at Citibank South Africa and Ivory Coast, where he graduated from the Management Associate program. Previous professional experiences also include: Financial Analyst at BOA Capital Securities, the brokerage arm for Sub-Saharan Africa at BMCE Bank; Manager at 2J Associés, providing advisory and project management services to CFOs in financial institutions in Europe and Africa; Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst at Natixis Paris.

Alexis is a visiting professor in Credit Risk and Financial Analysis at ESSCA School of Management. He has also co-authored several best practice guides related to corporate governance and firm performance. Alexis holds a Master degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Master degree in Accounting (French Chartered Accountancy curriculum).
